How much do you charge?

All support services are charged at a standard rate of £25 per hour

No request is too small, and all support is tailored to the individual’s needs and preferences

A minimum visit length of 1 hour ensures enough time to provide meaningful, person-centred support tailored to individual needs

UK Bank Holidays are charged at £30 per hour 

Please note I do not work Christmas Day or Boxing Day

I am available on New Year's Eve & New Year's Day

Invoices are emailed every Friday evening. Payment is kindly requested within 7 days of the invoice date

Do you charge for travel?

Travel in & around Carlisle is included. For visits further afield, a mileage charge of 55p per mile applies

Is your service funded by the council or Direct Payments?

Some clients may be able to use Direct Payments,  depending on their individual circumstances. You will need to apply for these through Adult Social Care
