A 1 hour visit usually provides just the right amount of time to complete many tasks, but 30 minute visits are also available for smaller tasks.

Visits can be allocated daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly or even just a one off every now & again. I am very flexible & no 'minimum visit' is required.

 

Shopping & putting everything away 

Assistance with shopping, picking, packing, delivering & putting everything away neatly.

Companionship & check-in calls

Friendly visits, engaging conversation, and welfare calls to ensure well-being & reduce loneliness.

Prescription collections & errands

Collection of prescriptions from a local pharmacy & delivered to you, ensuring timely access to necessary medications.

Light cleaning & household tasks

Assistance with everyday chores, washing dishes, hoovering, mopping, emptying bins, laundry etc, helping to maintain a tidy & comfortable living environment.

Admin Support

Support to make phone calls, order items online, fill in forms etc.

Tending to pets

Tending to pets, letting them out for the toilet, walk around the block, feeding etc.

Accessing the community/accompanying to appointments

Support to access the community, support to go to the shop, for a coffee, days out or accompanying to appointments for support.

Emergency & one-off support

Flexible support for unexpected needs, last minute hospital discharges, or occasional or one off support, providing peace of mind.
